Few mins ago I got this email by Enom:

===
Registration 1 $xxx yourname.kids.us / Successful
Certificate 1 $yyy yourname.kids.us / Successful

TOTAL BILLED: $xxx + yyy USD to your reseller account
===

I got no "certificate" or should I get a written certificate for each kids.us I own ?

I got other 3 kids.us names today but no certificate was mentioned.

I deleted a name and was still billed $85 for it from enom. I called them immediately.

$25 but I contacted Enom to know what's t and ... they don't know !!! They're investigating but when they charged my card, they didn't investigate so I asked for a refund and I'm awaiting.

Yeah I asked for a refund. The registration of a kids.us is $85 and enom had a minimum of $15 bid so that means you should be billed $100 minimum for each kids.us name (as I understood). I was only billed the $85 registration fee which definitely demonstrates that I had deleted it from my list. :)

Enom did admit they had problems with the Kids.us que but didn't elaborate on what they were.

They admitted their mistake and gave me the refund. I did find out that you have to go through a content verification process on kids.us for $250 so maybe that's the certificate??

I knew about the content verification but paid the $85 per name and was not billed anything else.

Now they said they billed me $25 extra because it was my bid amount but I'm going to complaint because nobody else paid for that and I don't want to be the first :(
