Changes in DNS abilities you would like to see

Does anyone see any value in the following upgrade in DNS:

The ability to have certain domains only available during certain hours in certain regions. Say you can target the US (by IP address-router-provider) and have certain content/urls available during evening hours.

Any thoughts? Other upgrades you would like to see?

I wouldn't think that DNS is the proper place for such things... wouldn't it make more sense to program your hosting server to make things available or not depending on hour and IP address?

Why do you want to impose such artificial restrictions on your site anyway?
