I recommend InternetX. You need to contact them and ask for their bulk pricing. It is possible to negotiate special pricing for renewals as well as 1st year reg and renewals. This applies to .de and other European cctlds.

Their user interface is a bit unusual, but their new UI at http://beta.autodns2.de/main.php is better than the previous one.
