Looking for cheapest recognized trademark application in the world. As you know, UK, USA or WIPO TM filling fee about $300-500 per class. Do you know country with lowest filling fee?

You mean cheapest application to register your TM? If that is the case, there really too much variety, the costs are what they are, its just a matter if you pay someone else to do it..
