Heres a theory.
Chrome increases parking revenues (or at least the chance of parking revenues) because it has a combined address bar/search box.
In theory a surfer using Chrome who wants to do a search for a term adds a .com on the end instead. Maybe they were distracted or are just accustomed to typing .com and because its the same box for urls or search terms it just happens... human error.
So we get more exposure in theory and a greater chance of more clicks. Thanks Goog
