I agree the ext is the problem and will keep you from making a killer sale, but interestingly, LL.biz domains sell for high $XXX easily, and he's right $X,XXX is very doable. And NN.biz domains are a sure $X,XXX sale. They do not go on sale often, either LL.biz or NN.biz. NN.biz is actually rare to find, I was recently quoted $5K for a so-so NN.biz and had to pass on it
Also, .info and .us domains do not exist in 2-char for example, except for some rare CC.info's I've been told about that were created when the ext was 1st introduced but then if the original owner did not renew that CC.info then it was lost, even if the buyer would've kept it at the same registrar. So, just like .cc and other boutique exts (tho .biz is more maintream than .cc) you should alwways emphasize the fact that 2-char domains cannot be found in most existing exts
Plus, CJ is a great acronym, I know a guy named CJ and never mind they call J a non-premium consonant, it is a good one in any case and makes both great acronyms and words/names in most languages
