It's tough to value these future tech/ little used tech names, but you'd be better off sticking to .com's. Zero current value - even if this really took off, you'd still be limited to low four figures in a .net

I think short of a website, it would still fetch low X,XXX to the right buyer (possibly to the owner of the .com). It's absolute, correctly arranged and is its own niche.

I didn't even know what this was until I googled it. Decent monthly searches. I agree with the appraisals... high $xxx to low $x,xxx. I'd try to develop the site since the .com version is just sitting on godaddy landing page.. you can get listed on 1st page results and take advantage.

definitely agree with development. CPC is high on the keywords too. Write ten pages on CNG conversion and get it indexed, building traffic and generating revenue while you try to find a buyer. If you're lucky you'll get enough revenue that you'll stop looking for a buyer :)
