Hi,

I need to reg a: .co.uk domain right now...I live in the USA. I have an ENOM reseller account.

What should I put for: " Legal type of registrant contact "

I just want to put: "non-UK (representing self) ......is this OK?

I expect maybe someone in the UK to try and lay claim to it...even thow theres no TM issues whatsoever. (I have no idea about the laws in UK...concerning domain names and owners in the US)

Anything else I should know....please post.

Thanks for the help,
Dan

"Non-UK individual"

To the best of my knowledge Non-UK registrants are at no disadvantage, in terms of 'rights' to a domain.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply...I am getting an "error: 541" when I try and register the domain (whatever that is) ...I have emailed ENOM to help me out.

Thanks again.
