Hi

i was wandering if anyone can give me a little advice.

I sold **.com to company A in march 2003, in April 2003 Company A was bought out by company B. In 2004 Company C bought company B. Now for some reason the .com appeared back into my easily account ?? and now company C are saying they want the domain name back.

Does this domain name belong to company C now ?? and should i get it in writting and signed by company C that they bought out company B and A.

hope someone can help

thanks

laskos

This sounds like a legal question to me. Could probably be moved there.

So I buy a puppy from you. I pay you in cash. The puppy runs away and ends back up in your yard. Do you claim ownership on the puppy?

You sold it...seems like a mistake it's in your account. You should correct the mistake. Maybe ask for a nominal fee for your troubles. Tell them an hour of labor... $25-$50.
