biotech.com - most valuable - because it could be used as a company name

Biotechnology.us - least valuable - because of us extension and because biotech is better than biotechnology imo

biotech sound very good, you should maybe think of buying the tm too!

i noted you stated Value as opposed to traffic just imho i rank
Biotech.us is most valuable due to the fact US is the leader in biotechnology with the huge sector and i equate us and biotech together,,,

Biotech.com obiviously gets more traffic now but i equate this domain with a retail selling site and not one of biotech enginering,

biotechnology.us for above reasons
biotechnology.com for the above reasons..
