Easily the best one you've posted yet. A bit long but it addresses a strong existing market. Nice name for a company that provides those services. Strong Overture numbers -above 5,000. You are on the right track now. I would guess $300-$500 retail.

I'm sure the guy wants to sell the .com - otherwise something would be there. If it stays dark it would definitely be a plus for you and surfers could not land on a competing .com site and stay there.

Its good... I dont really see how the value of a domain depends on the functionality of another.

computerprogrammers.net is a fine domain
2.4K-3.5K range

I didn't say the value depended on it - in reponse to his comment I said it would be a plus.

If someone types in a name they will often type .com at the end...so the .net leaks a lot of traffic. If there is no .com live then the surfer is likely to double check his entry and disover that he was supposed to go to the .net. Not a big impact on value, just something that could be helpful.

Would anyone in here pay $2200 for this name if it was for sale right now? Let me know, I am curious.

If you offered it for $50, I would pass. Looks like a hard sell. :)

You are asking resellers. I think you would have a hard time selling for $100 to this crowd. There is a 4 sale section here too. Try it out.

Really, it is quite important to the value of this domain if the .com is for sale.

This name will not sell if the .com is for sale at a reasonable cost. Find out what the .com is selling for and value your domain at least 75% less. :)

it's even worst that way. Once you spend money to promote your site, the other owner can open their site with zero advertising cost. who is going to type in with the .net domain.
