What I wonder is, if you know your website generates a certain revenue each month, the revenue of how many months should give the value or asking price? 3 months, 6, a year or more? What is usual?

I think you should develop it and show off its true potential. I don't think it would be that difficult to find a buyer amongst furniture manufacturers and retailers once you have some steady traffic going.
