Hi,

Does anybody know who can provide me with a good contract (adapted to my wishes) for renting out a domain name.
Preferably for a fair price.
thanks

Thanks. It's a start. But I'm looking for a basic renting contract. No leasing.
What do domain lawyers typicaly charge for this type of personalised contracts (2-3 pages at most)?

all you have to do is change the wording from lease to rent and specify time frame of rental

it ain't as complicated as you wanna make it

Maybe a stupid question but I'm a bit confused.
What is the correct english term for the party who owns the name and rents it out?
And what is the correct term from the party actualy renting it from the owner?

Thanks in advance

Lessor and lessee respectively.

Lessor and lessee respectively.

thanks Acro - so lessor and lessee are not exclusively used for leasing? As I'm renting the name out - it is not a lease agreement.
I thought of using renter/tenant.

It's a lease for a set period of time. Renter/tenant is for physical property such as a home.
