I don't understand why cooltool rated sex.com is so low. even 1 month income of sex.com should be much more than this. Anybody can explain please.

Domain Name: sex.com
Google Hits: 138,000,000
Market Rating: 5.0
Length: 3
Extension Rating: 5
Length Rating: 5
Popular Rating: 5
Composite: 5.00
High Retail $: $250,000.00
Low Retail $: $187,500.00
Wholesale$: $93,750.00

Yaa all are just so pathetic.. This ****ing issue has been explained over and over again. Give it a rest, its only meant to help you. Like you guys with your shitty domains will ever have to get sex.com appraised. Go suck off a horse now..

The 'cool tool' purports to measures the value of an undeveloped domain name. Development and promotion of a name changes the game completely.

For instance, how much would value 'toogaloo.com' at? How much would you value 'yahoo.com' at if it weren't developed? It would be just another nonsensical name and you would probably give it a zero rating.

The cool tool doesn't take into consideration the value of a developed name.

Sorry Fonzie ;) But you cant shit over somebodies work like that. Especially when hes doing his best to make a tool as accurate as possible. Can you do it better? Can anyone? I doubt it, since there is no formula that can replace human mind. So next time when you decide to make a comment like that, you better think it over.. ;)
