(I was going to try to start something with these but unfortunately I never had the time). Big $$$ with good leads in this niche, Even AdWords can pay about $1 per click ad that's just PPC.

Hot new topic and many cutting edge hospitals are in south Florida. I would love to set up a referral service but I do not have the time for that.

Why no .net? In niches like this .org can out perform .com sometimes and .net rarely even comes close when it comes to type in traffic.
