Publishing letters written to consumers on a website with company critiques: OK or not? Could it be considered libel since there will always be negative things to be said?

Letters written to consumers by whom?

letters written by consumers in response to bad/good service by corporations. Can i publish the entire text of the letters received by consumers along with the name of corporations? This involves praise and criticism of the companies. Can I get in trouble?

If you have a disclaimer, prominently posted on your web site that

A. You have no control over the contents of what is written by consumers concerning the particular business
B. That the opinions expressed are not those of the web site registrant
C. The letters from consumers are genuine and not contrived by you or your cronies,

then your liability as to the contents of whatever is written is limited.
