Cost-effective, High volume targeted traffic

By high volume, I'm talking about 50K targeted uniques or more per month and by cost-effective I mean 15 cents per visitor or less. Would love to hear what has/has not worked for others.

i find that those buying of targetted traffic stuff is worthless.

i will rather buy links and banner space in popular related sites.

I would have to agree with pelican. You can't really buy valuable redirected and popup traffic because if it was valuable, then the owner of it would be using it to make money themselves.

targeted traffic doesn't work out good so i should also advice you to buy banners/links
