I have checked my PMs and I'm answering any messages about fraudulent traffic and non-payment in "spare time" so it doesn't affect those customers that need support for legitimit business. Everyone will get an answer, but maybe not in the timeline you would prefer.
Sorry if this seems harsh but due to the overwhelming amount of fraud that occured this last month I need to take these slow or I won't keep a proper business composure when answering them. Honestly there isn't much to answer right now as the following will some up it up as previously mentioned here at dnforum.
As I've previously mentioned if you didn't get payment and can't log into the site you were terminated and your traffic was point blank fraudulent. If you didn't receive payment but can still login to our system then your traffic is being reviewed by us and our providers. For an account to be under reveiw there was at least 2 providers with "complaints" (or worse) over your traffic.
When we know more you will know more. There isn't much to add at this point except that those who did not receive payment all fit a very specific pattern of abuse and fraudulent behaviour and the providers and us are working through this to see if there is any legitimit accounts that were flagged by them (2 or more providers) and us by mistake. I will say this, as of right now every account that has been reviewed has been pure fraud one way or another.
I'm normally a very upbeat person but the last couple of weeks have been a "nasty" time. It really irks me that people commit fraud and expect to get paid for it. I think I've heard just about every reason there is for "bad" traffic and why it's not their fault and why they should still get paid for it (regardless if we get paid or not). Well sorry, it does not work that way. But if you bring legitimit traffic/domains to the table as the majority of our clients do then you will never have a problem getting paid on time.
As it stands right now we are going "above and behond" by double and tripple checking each account to make sure there is no mistake of fraud. Most other providers would just ban the user and their domains.
f we don't get paid for the traffic/domains because of fraud there is zero chance you are getting paid for it.
Now before anyone says anything I'm not targetting any individual or specifically the person who started the thread but I ended up "venting". Because I wrote this in a thread created by vv2008 I will state specifically here that fraud was not the issue at all for vv2008 but a paypal email account issue which I'll pm vv2008 about. I probably "vented" in the wrong thread.
vv2008 I got a "denied" email account from paypal on your account. Payment was sent by us but rejected by paypal. I don't know the status of your paypal account but as soon as you can get that straightened out with them or create a new account (whatever) let us know so we CAN get you your payment.
