a while back I built rent my city .com , selling script for this site (it has been modified since i sold it) but same functionality. users can rent cities on the site. has admin page to change city prices. was a nice idea. charges 10$ per city but you can change.

Text bomber,another custom script. sends text message bombs to people. have about a dozen carriers coded in. These sites take off very fast. the last one i started I sold in 3 weeks and it was getting 1500 uv daily and making over 3$ a day in adsense.
