closed Crap PR Names with no traffic

I am looking at buying a portfolio of Page Rank Domains for SEO purposes that have been parked for the past 12 months and are now expiring. Going under the assumption that there is NO inherent value to the quality of the name itself and there is NO traffic to be monetized, what would a PR 3, 4, 5 be worth if bought in bulk (100+). Basically, when you strip all the other components away, what value is a PR?
