I was wondering if there is html code i can use to do something like the political websites do.

You are taken to a page where an email is filled out already for you...subject and body. Then you enter your name, address, phone number, etc and when you hit submit it automatically sends the email to a preset person with all the info.

Is there any easy way to do this?

You can probably modify the "send to" parameters in any number of form submission scripts to do that. Try phpform.org or google "free php form builder"
It shouldn't be that hard.

The email harvesters will love you for that! That aside, it relies on the visitor having an email program on their computer, which wouldn't be the case on a public computer, for example.

I was in the FormToEmail game for eight years (FormToEmail.com, which I sold last summer). Sounds to me that this is just a contact form with a pre-filled message on it, which you could do with any contact form script.
