Creating a wireless network

2 computers.. both with xp ... using this product

can I setup computer 1 to connect to a WIRED router and have computer 2 (using http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=634746&CatId=369) connect to it and share the internet? Kind of like making computer 1 a gateway to the internet?

I do NOT want a wireless router... just a wireless point...
