CVCV and VCVC in non .com worth anything

Anyone had any sales or would you buy non .com cvcv or vcvc. Assume premium letters and pronouncable. I just have an opportunity to buy some cheaply, but don't know if they are flippable... Some of the extensions are .ca, .bz, .biz, .me, .org, .net, .asia, .nl, .in, .mobi. Which extensions would you stay away from or are cvcv's always good?
