Maybe it would help if you provide more info. How many exact monthly searches for that phrase? How is the .com being used? Etc.

I just bought the domain, it is a .net and not a .com, so I just want an appraisal for the domain name. There is no content yet. There are 1,250,000 results in google.com.

I know it is the .net. But when you have a domain in a "lesser" extension, it is important to know how the .com is being used. (Is it parked? Is it being used in the same way you plan to use the .net? Does the .com owner have a trademark for the term? Etc.)

There is no content yet. There are 1,250,000 results in google.com.
The more important figure is the 1,300 exact monthly searches on Google, which is not a very large number. The Google AdWords Keyword Tool also shows there is high competition for that phrase. So it may be hard to rank high for it, and not that many people are searching for it anyway.

These are all the types of information that would be helpful to know when you request a domain appraisal. (I don't have an appraisal for your domain - just trying to help you know how to ask for one.
