Your thread title says ddm.com, but your message body says dd.com...

3 letter .coms all depend on end user...could be $1000...could be $10,000.

As wholesale...I would say $750-$1,250

Google shows a lot of companies with DDM as their initials in the first 30 results. At least $15,000, if you are able to hold on to it for the right buyer....

No doubt, these three-character (letters, in this case) ".COM" domains have excellent value! Simple supply versus demand ... there are only so many of 'em, and many individuals and entities, looking for a short, memorable domain name, desire 'em.
I think, too, it's a bit difficult to pinpoint the value ... but I'd tend to agree with GeorgeK, that if you're patient enough and find the RIGHT interested party, the upside is very bright indeed (though $15K is EXTREMELY bright)! :)
All the best.

Ok, now that I had some appraisal and point of view I can post mine.

I sold xp*.com (I cant say the name so I put the * for last letter but xp are true) to a German company for $ 25k, I sold bjb.com for $ 5k and when I finded who was the company I thought I did a mistake, I know that ones was the right end buyers, for ddm.com I received 7/8 offers mainly from company that has the company name with that initials or something like that, the highest was $ 3000.

I really think that Georgek and CoolHost are right on this one, yes I can wait all the time I want but some times when you get offers and you don't sell then you never get any more offers so you start to think that something its wrong, you know what I mean?

I refused a lot of offers for many names and for the majority of them I never get back any more offers so I started to think what is better even if I don't have any problem to wait all the time I want, for example I refused $ 12k for mathews.com and when I wrote back to the guy offering him for lower price after few months he didn't wanted, some thing with shipments.com.

I DO know what you mean! It's a balancing act sometimes.
Best wishes with your domain ... again, it's a goody! :)

CoolHost there's a little button in the lower right hand corner of every post that says "quote". Use that whenever you quote someone. That way everyone will know you're quoting and who you're quoting. :)

If you go back to maybe my first 2 days here, I was cutting and pasteing quotes until I found that little button. :)
