First question is, is December21.net worth anything? I know the .com is selling for 12k, but that may not mean a lot.

Second, i also have a fully developed forum website on the name with fairly good traffic and search engine rankings.
Does the name have more value with a site in place,if so, what would it be?

I'm assuming endtimestalk.com isn't worth anything.
