Dedicated Server Backup Solutions?

how do you guys backup data on your dedicated servers?

Server is running on Cpanel/CentOS

Any software/solution recommendations for average users (not super admin savvy/guru)

Install a second disk with the same capacity and schedule an automatic daily backup.

Most hosting companies will do this with minimal charge.

Depending on the setup - some companies do offer backup to a SAN rather than the second disk - The advantage is you can restore individual site with the second disk setup but you can't for the SAN - You have to restore the whole server.
