it's that time of the year...
I had a server with the planet (dedicated) and apparently they had a problem with the monthly charge as my CC declined their order and they took down my server after 10 days. I should have given them an email address that I check more frequently...
Anyhow, I lost the server, the money I had paid for an admin to patch it up and place firewalls etc...etc...
Can anyone tell me If they know a company that they have dealth with that has EXCELLENT support and managed servers?
I know what I want, RH Linux/Cpanel lots of bandwidth, etc...etc...
I also know what I NEED. and that's patient excellent support and hopefully a managed package so I dont need to run around finding people to manage my server.
I still have a VPS which is great and easy to nadle, but I need more muscle power now.
