I bet it gets great results from the search engines. The only problem is that is a .ORG domain. Well, maybe like $500, possibly less. If it was a dedicated hosting business that was for non-profit then it would be useful to those people.
I guess a company could trade off the non-profit halo and set up a directory for dedicated hosting using the domain. The commissions on signing people up to dedicates servers are pretty high so the revenue flow back could be good if the buyer was able to get the site visible.
As this would be most likely done by a small/home company, I'd be thinking $100-$150.
Although, if you were to invest like $200 in a good site and alittle custom programming, you could get the traffic up alot. Then, the resale value could become more.
