No I think you did well with it since degree mill is a negative term. I wonder if the guy who bought it will use it to "expose" some of the degree mills. On the other hand, people who go for them know what they are buying so maybe it will be a directory to help buyers find them! In any case, congrats on the sale. Now you will have a few bucks to play with when we get you converted to .US :)

yes i sold it to a well known distance learning author who is working with the FBI and a publishing company on a new book.

doberry> if you are just going to say "huh" in every appraisal thread I'm not going to take the time to educate you on what every term/ phrase means. A simple google search for degree mills will tell you everything you need to know.

I looked it up. Seems you got a good price. The term is not heavily searched...

Don't get mad at the icons...I had never heard of this term...:D

kid, I think you did alright at 300. Most of the actual degree mills out there purposely try to avoid the term 'degree mill'

Case in point http://www.trinity-college.edu/

Kid, you inspired me to register diplomamills.com.

I checked the whois, but you are still listed for degreemills.com.

There's a few bucks for you if the new registrant is interested.

That might work boychik. Google & OT numbers are about 3 times higher from Diploma Mill than Degree Mill. Looks like a more commonly used term. Your must be worth $900 to the buyer then. :)
