We never did find out if the caller actually has an email address. I'm very surprised the customer service representative finally told him how to shut the thing off before obtaining more of the customer's information, such as what he had for breakfast that morning and how old his mother is.

Absolutely hysterical. A classic.

I feel sorry for the techncians who need to put up with such abuse because people do not understand Dell needs to identify the caller and the machine before they give support. Amazing how calm the employee was.
