If you look at the Google results, you'll see that design is ually separated out from business card by punctuation of some sort, because it doesn't make much sense as a grouping of three words.

To make more sense it should be DesignBusinessCards.com (what good are you if you can only design one card?) or BusinessCardDesign.com (so business card becomes an adjective and doens't need to be plural).

Put that together with it just being long in general and I doubt you'd pick up anything for it but very low three digits, if that.

I registered this name for is a website where someone can:
Design a Business Card online and then place an order to have cards printed and then mailed to them.

Note: There are many companies online where you can already do this.

To me this seemed like an almost perfect name.

Do you really think this name has no value?

I didn't say no value, I said "very low three digits, if that." And that's my appraisal for a name with an undeveloped site and no links.

If you build something there it could very well have value. The use you suggest is logical.

If you don't build something it's just an awkward, long domain name with some good keywords but in the wrong order.

As always though, your actual mileage may vary.
