Patanas is a month old general web directory with over 14.000 hand submitted links under 740 categories. The directory is growing and getting popular at a rapid rate with over 30 new site submissions per day. Site runs on free version of phpld. The site design is based on a slightly customized template optimized for search engines and ad placement. Patanas.Com currently gets close to 200 visitors and around 800+ page impressions a day.

Current traffic is generated through forum posts, links from directories, direct visits, and word of mouth. Other then promoting the directory at a few webmaster forums, I havent' done any promotion or advertising so far. Site is already indexed by Google.
Adsense has been generating around $0.50 - $1 per day on average. Interested parties can request adsense stats via PM. You can also make more money by selling featured and sponsored links as time goes by.
Looking for offers over $199 with BIN set at $249.
12 months of hosting will be included with the site free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. Domain is registered at Moniker and comes with a free push. I will also include a 500 directory submission service for the site if its' sold at BIN price. Payment preferred by Paypal.
