I'm looking for someone who has developed a very profitable city site (possibly many) and knows how to monetize these type of sites. I just acquired a .net of a city that is searched for 300k times per month at least according to google. I have some ideas on how to monetize it:
- having a real estate section and giving leads to Realtors and taking a percentage of any sales
- having a business listing section where companies can pay to upgrade
I'd like to have a number of different sections related to the city including articles and city events. Please message me with some previous sites that you have developed and the level of income that is generated from the sites. Thanks.
