Direct Feed from Yahoo / Google

Can someone in here please let me know roughly how much traffic is needed to be accepted for a Direct Advertising feed from Google or Yahoo? Is there more taken into consideration than traffic alone (quality of domains etc.)

Any advice or help is appreciated, if someone can send me a good contact at either of these companies I would appreciate it!
