Domains are the quickest most efficient method to find your search term.

Search engines are fast becoming information overload tools and more and more online product and service searching is through Direct Navigations.

Search engines will continue to be used when we wish to deep dive research information and are willing to spend all the extra time involved when using a search engine in wading through all the slop that comes along with deep diving.

With search engines capturing more and more key industry domain names, that is just more proof of value in generics that depict major product and service industries. As more and more direct navigation continues to reducing the search engines conversion rates for their clients, the more and more the search engines continue acquire the Key Industry generics.

Direct Navigations is the future. DirectNav has quickly come out if its infancy stages and is now exploding into a mature advertising/marketing strategy with proven data to back up click thru and conversion, providing the transparency that the search engines will never bring out from the shroud of secrecy.

That's because more and more keywords, phrases and search terms are being registered as .coms, and almost anything can be found by searching the term as a .com. The resulting landing page provides a smaller and more-relevant and higher-quality set of listings, and may include a nice design with one or more sparkly images, making searching for something as a .com better than using the search engines. But that's just my perception, distorted or warped as it may be, with my own desire to control as much traffic as possible, with my own domains.
