I have added funds to my account for renew my exparing domains

their support has promised me that my domains will not be deleted

and now my domains deleted (

are they free to reg in whois or do they still have them pending delete? before drophouses get claws in them?

also do you have any correspondance from their support saying they will not be deleted? if so they're shafted

see how you get on with their support in getting them back
if no joy ruin them on here and everywhere on the net until they sort it

The domains are NOT deleted, but you waited too much to renew them and now are in redemption period, it will cost you 60$ to recover each domain, is not directi's fault, the domains expired more than 45 days ago.

I don't see anything wrong in directi's answer in this chat, the domains are not deleted.

Why don't you turn on the auto-renew feature, and renew them months before it expire, or renew them for 10 years one time? The only one to blame is yourself. Don't blame others. Laziness is the root of all problems.

when did they add the money to your account? (again, day and hour)

Well have you direct account with resellerclub (you login at manage.resellerclub.com) or you are under some reseller ? If you are under some reseller this reseller is managing you (funds etc) not Directi...Directi manages only this reseller...

Your domains expired 17th June, you wanted to renew them the last day of the grace period, you used webmoney, and you know this payment method needs you to send a support ticket.

You got answer to your support ticket in 11 hours, don't know which timezone are you refering, but it's not a bad response time for a billing ticket.

You had 40 days to renew the domains and your complain is that it took a few hours to add the money.

They didn't, the domains are not deleted, they are in redemption period, available to you after paying the redemption fee
