Disappointing revenue!

From last Friday my earnings were very disappointing.

They were down for a while and going down continuously but from Friday they are very bad.

How are you guys doing?
Any changes and how to combat this situation?

YPN - people that used to buy links in directories all of them.

Oh yes revenues are down everywhere...parking and adsense too...

I forgot parking as a revenue streem long back.
it is waste of time to add names and work on the keywords etc.

Parking revenue was never main income source for me.
My main income source are from enduser sales.

My income at trafficz (Yahoo feed) is also very disappointing.

It was down 20-30% last month and has also been particularly bad since Friday. (coinciding with a maintenance schedule?)

Fortunately I really more on end user sales than PPC income, so the blow isn't too hard.

earnings are down across the board in general, for all types of monetization programs.

why?

because advertisers are cutting back on marketing expenses.


the general public as a whole, have dramatically changed their spending habits and this tightness of the purse-strings is affecting revenues and "actual" bid prices for kw terms.
