Hi this is Jon, and along with Chris Beach (aka 'Beachie') am pleased to announce the launch of DNCredit.com - a domain name financial services specialist.

DNCredit.com provides financing for domain names and allows domain investors to access the equity in their portfolios without losing control of their valuable domains. Whether it's a short-term loan, or a pre-approval for an upcoming domain auction, DNCredit.com provides quick access to funds and flexible credit solutions.

Got a high-traffic premium domain?

Don't want to be tied down to a fixed interest rate?

Try DNCredit.com's innovative NO INTEREST REPAYMENT loan - otherwise known as our Variable Rate product. We loan you cash for your domain and whatever your domain earns from Parking...will be our interest! No gimmicks - we take the risk. You continue to own the domain but we'll park it. You get the cash upfront!

We're an energetic team based in Australia - so we work while you burn the midnight oil.

Hey Dave,

Thanks for popping-by. At this stage we'd like the underlying security to be a domain name(s) but open to having a chat about it to see how we can work :)

We're in the midst of upgrading our webhosting. The DNCredit.com website (including email) will be down for 48 hours.

Contact can be made via PM.

Apologies for the inconvenience :(

Sorry guys - it's going to take longer than I expected (email is back up but the website is still being restored). Apologies for the inconvenience.

To be fair to Site5 they have been very good to me in the past. I just have to get used to these new hosting packages. WordPress is also not the easiest CMS to reconstitute on a new server :disappointed: But it's unfortunate that we're having such issues so soon after launch.

The DNCredit.com website is now back online. I appreciate everyone's patience and PMs - I'll be the first to admit that the downtime has been terribly unprofessional of us esp. given the industry we work in. However, I hope all our web hosting issues are behind us and that DNCredit.com can look forward to working with all DNFers from now on.

One thing I always wanted to know is this; Let's say I find a domain that I want to buy, the lowest possible price I can buy it for is 50K, so I need a loan for 50K, But you the Lender feel the domain is only worth 10K, How much do you loan out on the domain?

Hi Warrior,

If we determine that the maximum we can lend you is, say, $8k then you'd have to come up with the remaining $42k. Obviously it's not an exact science but if we can get a feel for the market value via recent comparable sales or even traffic/parking revenue that justifies a valuation closer to the $50k then we'd definitely extend more funds.

HTH :)

Jon

My experience with DNCredit.com has been a positive one. I have known Chris for a number of years since his time as a DNForum moderator and have found him to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. The domain settlement process was quick and I received my funds within 48 hours

Jon, do you finance based on location of a borrower or how does it work?

Thanks much, J

Thanks Billy! Went with the design because it reminded me of the 'tombstones' we used to get at a bank I once worked at.

Hello,

I just wanted to give some feedback for DNCredit's financing services.

I recently purchased a domain and financed it through DNCredit.com. The process very smooth and professional. Jon Yau definitely knows his stuff, and was very helpful and easy to get in touch with throughout the transaction.

I definitely recommend DNCredit.com for domain financing.
