DNF Member Nichers owes me MONEY

I had hired him to design a website for me. I paid him half up front, $175. He started the job, never finished it. I can't get in touch with him because he won't respond to my emails, has fake whois information. I started a complaint with paypal and he contacted me and promised to finish the job. Stupid me, I took his word for it and cancelled the complaint. Now I can't get in touch with him and im about my money.

www.getboxed.com and a few others

Can anyone help?

I know he had internet problems but I think he was making it up. I have been waiting well over a month
