I purchased the "high impact" logo design service from dnforum.com about 4 days ago for 2,000dnf$ and they told me they would get back to me in 2 days?

So please get back to me asap so we can complete the transaction or I would just like a refund of my dnf$.

Why would they have this sub forum and support ticket if they wanted PM's..And GiantDomains reads all these threads daily and reply them in 24 hours max..
