DNFAuction.com SERIOUS PROBLEM

What happened to my auction at DNFAuction.com? I received a notice today from the auction and from the buyer saying the name had sold even though it never met the reserve and as far as I can tell wasn't even scheduled to close yet.

The auction listing appears to have been re-created and the reserve price taken off the listing.

Anyone else notice any discrepancies with auction listings?

Can management explain what happened to me and the buyer who I now have to tell that he did not actually win the auction?

I notice less and less names everyday.

I think this took lots away from the Sunday night Auction.

Buyers now have 4 places assoc. with shopping for names:

1: Sales section
2: auction section
3: Sunday Auction
4: Private Platinum section

too many places and this reduces browsing by buyers ....

just an opinion

I hope this gets resolved soon,
I surf here less because of it.

We've experienced such a mix up with a DN I purchased outright today... All parties involved however are resolving it themselves..

At least you got an email from the house. I only got emails from the sellers. I will not be bidding there anymore. You can't believe them when they say "You Won" I got three of them notices and I never got 1 of them. Did anyone say oops? Nope only the sellers when I sent funds and it was refunded to me. I am out of here.
