I imagine that a moderator has to be available and constantly looking at dnforum.com for it to work right.

Does the moderator have to be available 24 hours a day? or is it done in 8 hour shifts? How does it work

since we are made up of many timezones, probably 2 in different shifts would be best.

nick(namepopper) is awol at the moment and i must say a few of us are more than a little concerned at this but i am hoping he will be back soon and in good health and I think you should at least keep the texas timezone position open for him... he is without doubt the number one choice.
