Dnforum Member of the Month Story
Our member of the month, Theo Develegas, also known as Acro on our board and many others. Acro is a large part of our community helping in any way he can. Not only does he share his vast domain knowledge with other members on our board, but also holds the forums most posts per user with a whopping 18581 posts. Read more about Acro and how he got involved in domain industry below.
Born and raised in Athens, Greece - Acro (Theo Develegas) moved to the US in 1998 and has been involved in the domain industry, either as a developer or an investor since the mid '90s.
Early on, he decided to focus on domains that are dictionary words or marketable, creative names. With over 1,300 domain sales under his belt - the largest being that of Constantinople.com, Acro maintains a trained eye on good deals and frequently visits such popular domain forums as DNForum.com.
Eager to offer advice and commentary with a trademark touch of humor, Acro believes in the power of education and communication.
Looking forward, Acro expects stronger relationships and alliances in the domain industry, with a focus on the individual entrepreneur who wants to become successful. Acro calls it like it is on his blog, Acro.net - while his company web site can be found at Acroplex.com â a full service web design boutique.
