Do you think that is a legit sale? Really?
$300,000 for a nothing name like that?
I also noticed that woman.com and is.com sold for $xxx, xxx according to dnjournal.com yet they just show ads really.
I can't believe they have enough traffic to warrant a six figure price tag.
What am I missing?

yes the sale was legitmate, and the buyer is well known for his purchases of great domains. as examples of high domain value business.com or loans.com previously sold for millions of dollars-- the word viajes, that was sold for $300,000 is spanish and refers to trips or (travel) in english. with all of the tie-ins that can be made to travel, travel agencies, trips, vacations, etc. and overture of 150,000+ on viajes alone, plus additional hundreds of thousands on the variations, he knew the domain has value.
