My domains are not resolving and give a DNS error.

Well my domains are back up as it looks like one of their four name servers (ns3.domainservice.com) is working again, still can't ping any of the 3 others:
ns1.domainservice.com
ns2.domainservice.com
ns4.domainservice.com
which appear to all go to Buffalo. I always thought name servers were supposed to be separated geographically, by network, by colocation facility and by physical server to prevent more than one going down at the same time?
