I have seen some domain parking page with disclaimers. Do they help in protecting your domains? Thanks

Depends on whether you have a lawyer or not :)

Disclaimers can help, but putting a disclaimer on a bottle of arsenic that looks like Gatorade won't really help... ;)

Not only do they not help, a disclaimer such as your proposed one is a complete fabrication.

Here is how it works: You own the domain. You sign up for a parking service. You take the profits from the parking, therefore you take the responsibility for what ads are found there.

There are fools out there who think otherwise. They don't win their UDRP cases.

Marc, the disclaimer listed by the OP is obviously crafted by the PPC company and it's displayed on their parked pages.

The PPC company that displays it starts with Se and ends with do.

Ah, right you are.

In any event, I don't think it changes my analysis any. I wish that just writing a little disclaimer would insulate me from liability. That would be all kinds of awesome.
