Don't see any value in this as it would absolutely have to be "Grendon University" that would buy this, a university or college that just doesn't exist. They probably wouldn't want this as they could benefit from the .edu TLD anyway.

There's a city of York in Pennsylvania with a population of 44,000. In York, PA, there are a good dozen law firms. While they all have fitting names already, they could benefit from York(')sLawyers.com as a memorable redirect.
Approach them and ask for 1 billable hour, typically around $200, for a name well suited to pass off at the local bars with a nice advertisement business card.
