Do You Think .CO Domains Are Worth 4% of .COM?

I saw that Flipping.CO provides domain appraisals for .CO domain names, which was interesting to me since the aftermarket is hardly formed and sales numbers aren't readily available. According to Francois (who owns Flipping.CO), the valuation is 4% of the .COM value.

I wrote an article about this and asked for feedback on what the names are worth. Would love to hear your feedback.

It should be worth 66 2/3% since the only thing missing is the letter 'm'.
