Does anybody have the Quantcast top 1 million sites? I can't download it

Does anybody have the Quantcast top 1 Million sites file in his computer?

I need it and I can't download it from their site there seems to be some kind of problem with the file on their server. (http://www.quantcast.com/quantcast-top-million.zip)
